Wellness Action Plans

A Wellness Action Plan is a simple tool that helps you take care of your mental health at work. It can be used by anyone, whether or not you have a mental health issue. The plan helps you identify what keeps you feeling well, what might cause you stress or make you unwell, and how to manage mental health challenges if they come up.

Visit the Mind website to download a Managers Guide and  Action Plan to help you implement Wellness Action Plans across your team.
