To support the five key areas of our Wellbeing in Work Programme, we have been working closely with HobbyHealth - a local business working with local authorities and the NHS. HobbyHealth offers a free app to help promote healthy activities and develop workplace connections based on individual interests and passions.

• Scan the QR Code above or visit the App Store or Play Store and search for HobbyHealth
• Sign up to the app using your personal email address and enter the code: CECstaff48!

Get started with HobbyHealth 

You can select your favourite hobbies from an extensive list of hobbies on the app, adding hobbies you already do to your current list of hobbies, this lets you link in with other like-minded colleagues across the council.

For those who are interested in starting a new hobby, the liked hobbies function allows you to see colleagues who have also shown an interest in exploring a new hobby.  This is a great opportunity to connect.

Within the app, there are links to existing groups within the council that you can get involved with, such as the walking group, dancersize and the book club.

You can post updates and pictures relating to your hobbies, whether it be a personal best or something new you’ve tried.
