6. Post and advertise your vacancy

Once your vacancy has been approved by the Sourcing Team and HR have checked the Redeployment Register, HR will release it to be advertised on Indeed.co.uk and the Cheshire East jobs website. 

Advertising in publications

Our advertising agency and source of specialist advice is TMP. For advice contact Jayonce McKenzie by email jayonce.mckenzie@tmpw.co.uk or phone 020 8501 9670.
 
You will need to go through TMP to advertise in any external publications as we have an agreement with them and they can negotiate rates on our behalf as well as advise on copy, graphics, suitable publications etc.
 
TMP can offer advice and guidance on publications and job sites to use, and data on response rates to specific recruitment campaigns if needed. 
 
When you have decided on the content of your advert and where you would like it to be placed, you can instruct the Sourcing team to liaise with TMP on your behalf through BW Unit 4 Recruitment.

Next steps

Once you have advertised your vacancy and started to receive applications, you can proceed to shortlist candidates for interview.
