Property Services team

The Property Services team provide ongoing management of the council's operational and non-operational property portfolio. 

Responsibilites of the Property Services team include:

• management of site acquisitions and disposals
• negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews
• handling general property-related enquiries from within the council and from external sources
• providing professional property-related advice to internal council services
• generating income from the council's investment portfolio
