The Council relies on the commitment, skills and ability of everyone who works for us. We believe that it is important that you are recognised and valued for your efforts and achievements, and that we provide honest and meaningful feedback on areas where you can improve and develop your talent for your own benefit and that of the Council.

Where it has been identified that an employee member of staff is not performing effectively, we will make sure that we have a proper framework for dealing with performance in order that people can be treated fairly and consistently.
