4.Publication scheme

We make a lot of information available online and in leaflets. Checking for the information online if a request is submitted could save time and money.

Where information is repeatedly being asked for by different people it is a good idea to post it on our web pages. If the information is available there you do not need to provide copies, just direct the requestor to it.

Remember any employee could receive a request. If you do not normally work in an office you must be sure to hand the request in at a council office as soon as possible. If there are any problems we are here to assist.
