4. Order refreshments for a meeting

To support efficient and safe working practices, the Estates service offers refreshments for larger meetings (six or more attendees) at Delamere House, Macclesfield Town Hall and Crewe Municipal Buildings. We are exploring the provision of basic lunch options to enhance this service. Currently, services must arrange their own food if required.

Ordering process:

  • Ensure your service has assessed the business justification for ordering refreshments.
  • Place your order through the mechanism for booking your room (i.e, through the room booking system or in your email to cebookings@cheshireeast.gov.uk).
  • Be clear in specifying what you need including numbers, timings for delivery/swap, any crockery requests.
  • Costs are rechargeable, so please provide a cost centre code at the time of ordering.

Refreshments for smaller meetings

  • There are small kitchens on each floor where hot drinks can be made by meeting attendees if they bring their own tea, coffee, milk and sugar. We respectively ask that you clear used crockery yourself – dishwashers are available in the kitchen on each floor. If no-one is genuinely around to do this, please report the need for a room to be cleared via the buildingsupportofficerdh@cheshireeast.gov.uk. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring rooms are left clean and tidy.
