Book a meeting room or desk space guide

2. External meetings

Meetings involving non-Council staff can only take place in designated rooms, to protect/control access to our wider office spaces. The meeting organiser is responsible for collecting guests from reception and taking them to the allocated meeting room. They should also brief guests on access to toilets, and fire testing and evacuation procedures.

Meeting rooms for customers and members of the public

Appropriate meeting rooms for customers/ members of the public are directly off the main reception areas:

  • Delamere House
  • Macclesfield Town Hall
  • Crewe Municipal Buildings
    • Ground floor rooms are reserved for use by the Registrars service, they have 3 interview rooms for use.

Specialist customer meetings

Safeguarding conferences and other meetings with customer groups that may have specific needs should follow their service procedures to protect the integrity of our corporate office space.
