Jemma MaydewJemma Meydew Mental Health is something close to my heart and can affect anyone. I wanted to do my best to help those who want and/or need someone to talk to and embed within the work place that it is okay to talk, there is always someone who will listen and there are resources and services out there that can help even if it’s a tiny step to start.

Vicky-OrlandoVicky Orlando So many of us experience or support someone we know through a mental health struggle. The course helped me to greater understand and support a wide range of issues. It has been a rewarding and positive experience supporting CE colleagues with diverse situations.
