Welcome to Cheshire East – Induction

The Welcome to Cheshire East Induction programme is applicable to both new employees to the organisation and anyone who is moving from one service to another, or into a management role. It should be supported by both the directorate and service induction processes.

Cheshire East eLearning Module

This Induction eLearning Module is designed to help you find out more about Cheshire East, some of your key responsibilities and useful contacts. It forms part of the Welcome to Cheshire East programme, available on the Learning Lounge, along with the mandatory training modules and the ability to book onto the Welcome to Cheshire East Workshop.

The workshop is a chance to meet other new starters, understand more about our staff benefits and a chance to meet the Chief Executive, as well as the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences.

My Performance Conversations

My Performance Conversations form an integral part of the My Conversation Year, ensuring open and honest two way communication between you and your line manager. However, if you are new to the organisation and within your probationary period please wait until this is completed before starting the Performance Development process.
