Redeployment and career transition

We will work with you to find other suitable vacancies if you are at risk of redundancy or your job is at risk due to organisational restructure, health capability or changes to a disability. 

If a suitable role is found you will be considered for the post and potentially offered a work trial. If you pass your work trial you will be appointed into the new position. This process is called redeployment.

We want to give employees the best chance to succeed in redeployment, or to be better prepared for accessing external job opportunities.

We cannot redeploy into School and partner vacancies as these are open to internal and external candidates. If you think there is a suitable role you should apply in the normal way.
