3. Log a compliment or suggestion

Compliments

When you receive a compliment about your work from a member of the public make sure you forward it to the Customer Relations Team so we can report the good news too.

Suggestions

It is important that all suggestions are recorded so that we can analyse trends and learn as an organisation.

This includes information taken from anonymous complaints about Council policy from customers who do not want to be involved in any action.

Compliments and suggestions are acknowledged in 3 working days for those that ask for a response.

How to record compliments and suggestions

Email customerfeedback@cheshireeast.gov.uk with the compliment or suggestion attached to an email or scanned.

If you have access to the iCasework database you can log the compliment directly yourself.

For internal compliments (one member of staff to another) send a made my day. These should not be forwarded to the Customer Relations Team.
