Report an issue with a building or facility

In the main council buildings you can report:

• building repairs and maintenance such as a roof is leaking, a window is broken, a fire door needs repairing
• cyclical maintenance issues such as the fire alarm system needs a service, emergency lighting needs to be inspected, automatic doors need a service
• cleaning, waste and facilities management issues such as toilet roll has run-out, building needs cleaning, waste needs taking away

You can report the issue to the Building Support Officers in person, by phone or email:

• Delamere House
• Municipal Buildings

Issues in other buildings

In any other office or facility, use the property portal to report issues or changes to your service or your requirements.
