Our values

Co-produced with staff, our values are critical to us achieving our vision set out in the Cheshire East Plan: Enabling prosperity and wellbeing for all, and in our Improvement and Transformation Delivery Plan. These values guide our decisions, actions and behaviours—driving progress and helping us become an enabling and effective council.
