The team provides advice and assistance on all aspects of procurement including:

complex procurements
drafting of and advice on contractual terms and commercial agreements
partnership and collaboration arrangements and agreements including where the Council acts as accountable body
grant funding policies and conditions
guidance in relation to subsidy control regulation
governance and contractual arrangements with the council's Alternative Service Delivery Vehicles (ASDVs) and other companies connected to the council
company law advice including joint ventures
ICT contracts
academy conversions
charging and trading advice
consultation advice
data protection and FOI advice
