IT Vendor Management

IT Vendor Management team bring service contract managers, procurement, and legal colleagues together to establish clear processes, consistent performance, clear communication, and proactive collaboration. We do this by: 

  • Supporting ICT contract managers and relationship managers with advice and guidance
  • To develop a single source of accurate ICT contract data (including analysis and data cleansing)
  • To build strong internal relationships to provide a united single point of contact for vendors
  • Working in collaboration with Procurement, Legal and other stakeholders in designing and developing the processes and procedures required for commissioning, procurement and contract management functions to work seamlessly.
  • Laying the foundations for effective cost control, service excellence and risk mitigation to gain increased value for money throughout the entire contract lifecycle
