Care4CE

Care4CE directly provides social care services for adults including people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, long term conditions, dementia and mental health needs.
The core purpose of Care4CE is to support people to maximise or regain independence.
Care4CE offers suport in the following areas:
- Reablement - a period of short-term, intensive support that is designed to help people manage independently following a period of illness or a fall
- Supported living - designed to help people live more independently in their local community.
- Day opportunities - provides for people who need support during the day and offers a safe, stimulating environment.
- Cheshire East Short Breaks - short breaks for individuals who have a learning disability.
- Occupational Opportunities - support for people to develop skills and coping techniques to develop confidence and motivation towards increased independence.
- Shared Lives - support for vulnerable adults over the age of 18.
