@ct Team - Children and Families

The @ct team provides support to children, young people, families and carers to:

reduce the risk of exploitation
where there is a risk of family or placement breakdown
help children, young people and families return home after a period of time away from their family

The team supports children and young people aged between 10 and 18 years of age.

Where it has been identified there is a risk of family breakdown, support is specifically aimed at children and young people on a Child in Need or Child Protection plan.

Support can be provided to young people where a risk of exploitation has been identified through completion of an up-to-date screening tool.
